OUR STANDARD SEATS ARE SITUATED FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM TO THE BACK OF THE ROOM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All tickets are non refundable and non transferable. (Tickets are digital, you will receive a confirmation email what is your proof of purchase, bring it with you)
Your ticket does NOT include the hire of a room for you to stay overnight, you must organise your own room if you want to stay. You are fully responsible for any fees on your room, in the unlikelyhood of the event being cancelled, we are not responsible for your refund on rooms.
Upon booking a ticket you will be charged a small booking fee of £3-£5 per ticket, this is added onto your final ticket purchase. (tickets are digital and emailed to you by our ticket agent.)
Digital programs are non refundable, make sure your computer can open emails and read PDF, files.
People attending the event must be over 16 years of age, if you are 16-20 years of age you must be accompanied with a paying adult 21 or over.
You must be over 21 years of age to buy alcohol from the bar.
The use of any drugs is forbidden, if suspected to be under the influence of drugs we will call the police and remove you from the event without a refund.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event at any time who is causing nuisance to any other person without a refund.
On purchasing a ticket you will be giving us your name and address, this is for our registration on the day of our event and for fire safety regulations and in order with the health and safety act 1974.
At the point of collecting the information we aim to clearly explain what it is going to be used for and who we may share it with. Unless required or permitted by law, we will always ask you before we use it for any other reason.
We would only use it for marketing with your prior consent.
Any sensitive personal information will never be supplied to anyone outside Parascension without first obtaining your consent, unless required or permitted by law. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including removing your personal information from our systems when it is no longer required and ensuring that all personal information supplied is held securely.
Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance
with this statement and current legislation. We also aim to meet current best practice.
